"Stephen is by far the best agent I’ve had help me so far in the last 10 years of calling around for coverages ! Since day 1 he made it known he’s priority was to get me taken care off at all costs ! He’s shown nothing but dedication trough the past year that I’ve been insured trough you guys ! Anytime of the day or night Yu can count on Stephen answering and if by any chance he misses your call you can bet you’ll have a text with in 5 mins! I’m super satisfied with the help and treatment Ive gotten from State Farm but really the person responsible behind it is Stephen ! Starting a bussines is pretty stressful , too many things to deal with at the same time , when you have a bad agent representing you makes the process even harder , Stephen assured me he’d get me taken care of , he even went further and told me do not worry about any documentation that maybe be needed for sign on process with apartment complex, I’ll take care of that for you , anything they need I’ll provide , that lifted an immense amount of weight off my shoulders , overall I don’t have a single complaint , Stephen has been on top of he’s game since day 1 and really appreciate it !! "This guy thinks he is way cooler than he really is. He seems to think he is the customer and I'm the seller........what happened to customer service? Anyone that raises my rates two times in a row, with no explanation, and then gets aggressive with me (both times) when I tell him I don't appreciate it, I think he knows what he can do with his attitude and ridiculously high prices. Why is it that these people think we cannot just switch companies and get a way better rate? Ego is all I can figure, anyway, I just switched and got the same insurance for cheaper. Thanks for truly nothing."
